INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD STUFFS (DRY FOOD STUFFS,
FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, MEAT AND ALLIED PRODUCTS AND GENERAL
FOOD STUFFS)AT MAIN AND KITUI CAMPUSES UNDER FRAMEWORK
AGREEMENT METHOD RESERVED FOR YOUTH, WOMEN AND PERSONS LIVING
WITH DISABILITY.
1. Kenyatta University invites sealed tenders for supply and delivery of food stuffs
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender
document and is open and reserved to firms under Youth, Women and Persons Living with disability
category who are suppliers of dry food stuff. Tenders will be awarded on basis of Framework
Agreement.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents at Procurement Department Room No.9 on ground floor at
Central Administration Complex during office hours from 0800 to 1700hours at
the address given below.
4. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 2ND April,2026 at 10.00 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
