INVITATION TO TENDER

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FORTIFIED BLENDED FLOURS (CORN SOY BLEND – CSB) FOR ECDE SCHOOLS
1. West Pokot County Government Department of Education and technical training invites sealed tenders for
suppliers for supply and delivery of fortified blended flours (corn soy blend – CSB) for ECDE schools.
The detailed breakdown of the requirements can be obtained in the schedule of requirements/price
schedule stipulated in this bid document
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document.
3. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0800 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded free of charge from County Government
Website www.westpokot.go.ke or IFMIS PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and Public
Procurement Information portal www.tenders.go.ke.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.westpokot.go.ke
). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
(info@westpokot.go.ke ) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kes 500,000.00
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically SERIALIZE ALL PAGES of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tender documents MUST be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL:
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or
before 25th March, 2025.
10. The EXACT REPLICA of the uploaded complete tender document MUST be submitted in hard copy
through the below address.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
