INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GIS SATELITE ITEMS
The Kwale County Government through the County Department of Environment , Natural Resources AND URBAN
PLANNING invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GIS SATELITE ITEMS
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tendering method using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to by enterprises/Companies owned by Citizen Contractors.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers electronically
from the Website www.kwalecountygov.com . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.kwalecountygov.com Or www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke .
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately
to info@kwale.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-security of Kshs 120,000.00 (One hudred and
twenty thousand shillings only).This shall be submitted as an original hard copy at the county
,Procurement office and registered in the bid register.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Please note that all pages of the tender documents and attachments submitted by bidders shall be
sequentially serialized. That is, serialization shall be undertaken by the bidder, by doing fresh numbering
on its documents. The pagination of the tender documents as downloaded should not be used as a
means of Serialization. The bidder’s serialization should follow the same logical sequence from the first
page to the end.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before electronically via
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke On OR BEFORE Tuesday 7TH April 2026
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any dead line date and time specified later.
10. Late tenders will be rejected automatically by the electronic procurement module. No manual
submissions are allowed.
