PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS
DAI GLOBAL LLC is seeking the prequalification of vendors that are interested in becoming the preferred supplier for the USAID-WESTERN KENYA WATER PROJECT (WKWP) for the period of 2023-2027. The WKWP operation centers are based in Nairobi and Kisumu. WKWP is prequalif/ing vendors for the following categories:

Mandatory Statutory Documents
All applicants must submit all the following mandatory documents as an attachment to their expression of interest:
- Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration.
- A copy of current and valid Tax Compliance certificate
- PIN certificate.
- Three References and contacts
- A certified true copy of CRI2
- For insurance brokers (Attach IRA & AIBK current year licenses and a professional indemnity cover of atleast Kes 30 Million)
- Please indicate for which office location you are applying for (Nairobi or Kisumu) Interested bidders should submit their EOI documents as an email attachment to: WKWP_Submissions@dai.com by 30th December, 2022. Maximum limit per email is 25 Mbs.
This EOI is free of charge, the issuance of this EOI solicitation does NOT in any obligate DAI
to award a subcontract Applicants will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the
preparation of their bids.
