BARAKA SACCO is one of the leading co-operative societies in Nyeri County.
The SACCO offers customer friendly and very competitive financial services.
In order to achieve our objectives in the most effective and efficient manner, we hereby invite tenders from reputable bidders for, supply ol goods and service contracts for Sacco generator fire extinguishers, transportation of cash, strong room and safe services, supply of Stationery & Printing, Insurance, four Night Guard Services. The Tender documents detailing all the required information may be obtained from our offices in Karatina town on normal working days as from 25/02/2023 between 8.30am to 4.00pm.
The tender documents shall be issued upon payment of a non-refundable fee as shown below:

3. | Transportation of cash contract | Kshs. 1000 |
4. | Strong room and safe contract | Kshs. 1000 |
5. | Printing & Stationery Tender | Kshs. 1000 |
6. | Insurance Tender | Kshs. 1000 |
7. | Security services Tender | Kshs. 1000 |
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked for each of the above tenders should be addressed to;

should be deposited in our Tender Box not later than 17th March, 2023 at 11.00 am.
Tenders will be opened at 11.00 am on the closing date and bidders or their representatives are welcome to witness the opening in our office.
- Government taxese.g.VAT must be included in the tender sum.
Canvassing either direct or in direct will lead to automatic disqualification.
Bidders who do not hear from us after one month of closing can consider themselves unsuccessful.
BARAKA SACCO reserves the right to accept or reject any tender either wholly or in part and is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender or assign reason(s) for its decision.
