INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOPS AND SCANNERS
TENDER NO. NCPWD/CBM/OT/01/2024-2025
3. The NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES invites sealed tenders for the
supply of goods i.e, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOPS AND SCANNERS
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method ((NATIONAL) using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. “Tendering is RESERVED FOR SPECIAL GROUP PWD CATEGORY ONLY
6. In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender
for one or more lots”.
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0800HRS TO 1700 HRS at the address given below.
8. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of (1,000) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the
address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
www.tenders.go.ke. Or www.ncpwd.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.tenders.go.ke.
Or www.ncpwd.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to ( procurement@ncpwd.go.ke ) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
10. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “TENDER-SECURING DECLARATION,”
11. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 3RD MARCH, 2025 AT
0900HRS].
13. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
14. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
15. Late tenders will be rejected.
