TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MINERAL WATER, DISPOSABLE CUPS, HIRE AND MAINTENANCE OF DISPENSERS – FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

NATIONAL OIL CORPORATION OF KENYA TENDER FEBRUARY 2026 

INVITATION TO TENDER 

1. National Oil Corporation invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible candidates for the Supply
   and Delivery of Mineral Water, Disposable Cups, Hire and Maintenance of Dispensers on a
   framework contract period of three (3) years renewable annually.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National using a standardized
   tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
   during office hours [during normal working hours on Monday to Friday between 0900hrs to
   1600hrs (East Africa Time).] at Procurement Department, National Oil Corporation, Kawi
   Complex, Block D South C, Nairobi, Kenya

4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
   www.nationaloil.co.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
   particulars immediately to tenders@nockenya.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by Original Tender security (Bid bond) of Kenya Shillings
   Fifty Thousand (Kshs 50,000); in form of a Bank guarantee from a bank licensed and operating in
   Kenya or another bank recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya or tender security from an Insurance
   Company duly recognized by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority of Kenya (PPRA)
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to National Oil Corporation ,Kawi Complex, Block D,
   Red Cross Road, off Popo Road, South C, P.O Box 58567 – 00200, Nairobi, Kenya and deposited
   in the Tender Box provided at Reception Area on Ground Floor, on or before 12th February 2026 2026 at 1000hrs

8. Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Reception Desk and recorded using
   the register located at the reception area at the address located in clause 7 above.

9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
   dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
   Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
