INVATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLE
- The Meru Teachers College (MTC) invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of motor vehicle.
- Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National open Tender) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. - The tender documents with further detailed information may be obtained from the Procurement Office:

during working hours from Monday to Friday, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 per
set of each tender document. The fee should be paid using the college pay bill: 522533, Account
No:8019385#, during normal working hours and thereafter obtain an official receipt from Accounts.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from www.Tenders.go.ke or Meru Teachers College
website free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@meruteacherscollege.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum. - All Tenders must be accompanied by an original tender security amounting to KES 160,000 in form of a
Bank guarantee from a bank or a micro finance institution licensed and operating in Kenya, valid for thirty
(30) days beyond the validity period. - The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tender documents in Plain Sealed Envelopes clearly marked“Tender No: MTC/T01/2025/2026 forSupply and Delivery of Motor Vehicle should be addressed to:

Or deposited in the Tender Box at the main entrance to the administration block on or before 7
th April 2026, by12.00 noon. - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
/ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.
