SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLE & MOTOR CYCLE SPARE
PARTS, BODY WORK MATERIALS, WORKSHOP TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

State Department for Interior and Citizen Services (Kenya Police Service) invites sealed
tenders for the:
TENDER NAME: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLE & MOTOR CYCLE
SPARE PARTS, BODY WORK MATERIALS, WORKSHOP TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
on a framework Agreement basis for a period of 2 years.
TENDER NO: MICNG/SDI/KPS/018/2022-2024
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (Framework) using a
standardized tender document.
The tender is OPEN TO ALL BIDDERS “Tendering is open to all Small and Medium
Enterprises registered appropriately.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for TWO LOTS ONLY. Bidding for more than two

2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office normal working hours from 8.00am – 12.30pm and 2.30pm – 4.50
pm at 4
th floor Room 421 Head Supply Chain Management Services Offices, Vigilance House,
Harambee Avenue Nairobi.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded by interested candidates free of charge at
www.tenders.go.ke and www.interior.go.ke
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration form.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Prices quoted MUST be NET, inclusive of all Government taxes, delivery cost and shall remain
valid for 210 days from the tender closing date and time.
7. The items shall be delivered to Kenya Police Service (KPS) Central Workshops Likoni Road.
8. Completed tender documents, enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked with the tender
number andname shall be addressed to: –

P.O. Box 30083 – 00100,
Nairobi, Kenya
and be deposited in the tender box situated at vigilance House, Ground Floor, Harambee
Avenue, Nairobi, so as to be received on or before Tuesday 27th September, 2022 at 10.00
AM.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderer or representative(s) who choose
to attend the opening at Vigilance house, Harambee Avenue, 6th Floor Conference Room on
Tuesday 27th September, 2022 at 10.00 AM.
10. Tender Opening exercise will be done under strict adherence to the Ministry of Health Covid 19 protocols
11. The Government of Kenya reserves the right at any time to terminate the procurement
proceedings
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
