INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NURSERY TOOLS

1. The National Environment Trust Fund invites sealed tenders for Supply invites sealed bids
from qualified tenderers to participate in open tender for Supply and Delivery of Nursery
tools as per specifications.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during normal working hours on Monday to Friday 0900hours to 1600hrs
(East Africa Time) at the address given below;

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders
upon payment of a non- refundable fees of One Thousand Shillings (Kshs. 1,000.00 only) in
cash and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained
electronically from the Website (www.netfund.go.ke or Public Procurement Information
Portal www.tenders.go.ke). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.netfund.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to netfundtenders@gmail.com to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the
format of 1,2,3,4…..(from cover page to the last page including all attachments).
7. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th August 2025 at
1100hours (East Africa Time),

- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time
specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be
