TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THREE (3NOS.) HEAVY DUTY UTILITY PASSENGER VEHICLES (4X4)

INVITATION TO TENDER
The County Government of West Pokot (CGWP), under its Department of Finance,
Economic Planning invites sealed bids from eligible Suppliers, for the above-mentioned
Goods. Interested candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender
document from CGWP website: www.westpokot.go.ke ; supplier.treasury.go.ke or
Government Portal: https://tenders.go.ke. Fundsfor this project are from the Exchequer.
1.1. Interested service providers shall download the tender document from the website freely,
and MUST forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification
and addenda to procurement@westpokot.go.ke ;
1.2. Bids must be delivered & deposited in the tender box located at the reception of the
County Treasury West Pokot headquarter and addressed to: THE CHIEF OFFICER,
COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF WEST POKOT, P.O. BOX 222-30600
KAPENGURIA on or before 27th February, 2026 at 12.00 NOON.
1.3. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in
Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 126 days from the closing date of
the tender;
1.4. Tenderers shall furnish, as part of their application a tender security as indicated in the
instructions to tender. Tenders will be awarded on basis of Framework Agreement.
1.5. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened immediately after closure in the
presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend.
