INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER REF. NO. KFS/02/2025– 2026
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TYRES ON A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
1. Kenya Forest Service invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of tyres on a framework agreement to
KFS headquarters, Karura.
2. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers where award will be on basis of a Framework Agreement.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office 0900 hours to 16.00 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website:
www.kenyaforestservice.org or from the public procurement tender portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@kenyaforestservice.org to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kes 100,000 inform of a bank guarantee or an
insurance bond. AGPO registered firms are exempted from providing the tender security and instead
required to provide a fully filled signed and stamped tender securing declaration form
7. Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted with a table of content.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 4th March 2026 at
11.00 a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected
