INVITATION TO TENDER 
SUPPLY AND DELIVERYOFLAPTOPS 

NCA/T/03/2020-2023. 

1. The NANDI COUNTY ASSEMBLY invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e. Laptop computers for members of Nandi County Assembly.

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method national using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

3. eTendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately withAGPO-PERSONS LIVING WITH DISABILITY(PWDs)
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during officehours8:00 am-5:00pm at the address given.

5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the public procurement
information portal website.(PPIP)at www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronicallywill
be free of charge.

6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free fromthe websitetenders.go.ke
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of N/A.

8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the Nandi County Assembly through IFMISusingthe negotiation number1167532 on or before

10th February 2023 at 11:00 am.

10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified aboveorany dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presenceofthe Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

11. Late tenders will be rejected.
