INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A SATELLITE INTERNET BROADBAND CONNECTIVITY

TENDER No. KR/SCM/009/2024-2025

1. The Kenya Railways invites sealed tenders for Supply and Installation of Satellite
   Internet Broadband connectivity
2. Tendering will be conducted under restricted tendering method using a
   standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and invited
   Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
   Tender Documents during office hours from 0900hrs to 1600 hrs at the address
   given below.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
   www.krc.co.ke, www.ppip.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender
   document must forward their particulars immediately to procure@krc.co.ke to
   facilitate any further clarificationor addendum.
5. A pre-bid conference shall NOT be held
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the Tender documents submitted.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee of Kenya Shillings One Million
   Only (Kshs.1,000,000.00) from a Financial Bank registered in Kenya valid for 30 days
   beyond the Tender Validity period

10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified

    opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who
