INVITATION TO TENDER

 TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY ANDINSTALLATION OF ANESTHESIA MACHINE
. 1. AMPATH-MTRH invites sealed bids from manufacturers, authorized local or international dealers or reputable local suppliers for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, ANDINSTALLATION OF ANESTHESIA MACHINE.

1. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
2. Further information as pertains to this tender may be obtained during working hours (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. using the address given below.
3. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of the tenders
4. A complete set of tender document containing detailed information may be downloaded from the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital website: www.mtrh.or.ke OR PPIP website: www.tenders.go.ke at no cost.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to scmrspo@ampath.or.ke to facilitate effective communication/ clari cation or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a of KES 100,000fromregistered financial institutions by Central Bank of Kenya or Insurance Companies approved by PPRA and registered by IRA valid for a period of 150 calendar daysfrom the date of tender opening. Failure to attach the Tender Security will lead toautomatic rejection of the tender.

7. Paragraph 3(1) of The Levy Order, 2023; provides that there shall be paid a Levy by a supplier on all procurement contracts signed between the supplier and a procuring entity, at the rate of zero point zero three per centum (0.03%) of the value of the signed contract, exclusive of applicabletaxes.

8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 17TH MARCH 2026 AT 10:30 A.M. Hard copies of the tender document shall be deposited in the Ground Floor, Chandaria Cancer and Chronic Diseases Centre. Bulky tenders shall be received at Supply Chain Department, AMPATH RSPO WAREHOUSE, Next to Shoe4Africa Hospital.
