KASNEB invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and
Maintenance of Water Dispensers, Bottled Water and Related Accessories.

3. This is a National tender conducted under open competitive method (Tendering is open to all
qualified and interested Tenderers) using the attached standardized tender document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the
KASNEB website www.kasneb.or.ke, and PPIP (Public Procurement Information Portal)
www.tenders.go.ke
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum to:

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Shillings Fifty Thousand
(Sh.50,000) in the form of a Bank guarantee from a reputable bank valid for 150 Days from the
date of tender closure and Tender Securing Declaration Form for AGPO firms.
7. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all applicable costs, taxes and
Levies including the 0.03% Capacity Building Levy.
8. The duly completed tenders shall thereafter be deposited in the Tender Box placed next to
Supply Chain Management Division Office of KASNEB Towers I on or before the closing date
and time on Tuesday, 24 February 2026 at 11.00 a.m.
9. The tenders will be opened immediately after the closing date and time on Tuesday, 24
February 2026 at 11.00 a.m. in the Conference Room, KASNEB Towers I.
- While submitting your tenders, the tenderers SHALL be required to submit their valid eGP
registration details. - Late submissions will not be accepted.
