BWASCO Water and Sewerage PLC invites sealed tenders for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of 2no Water Pumps and Associated
Accessories at Matisi Water Supply
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National Open Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0900 to1500 hours from Monday to Friday at the address given below. -
A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from the company Website www.bwasco.co.keorpublic procurement information portal. PPIP(www.tenders.go.ke) Tender documents obtained by
downloading will be free of charge. -
All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security from banks licensed by CBK or insurance firmsregistered by IRA and approved by PPRA of Ksh. 300,000. All submitted tender security forms shall be confirmed from the issuing institutions

The tenderer shall sequentially serialize all pages of the tender document and have it permanently binded

Complete sealed tenders be dropped in the tender box located at the main reception of BWASCO Head office during official working hours Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
