INVITATION TO TENDER.
TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF LAB EQUIPMENT (FREEZER, REFRIGERATOR, CENTRIFUGE & AIR CONDITIONER) (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT)

1. USAID AMPATH UZIMA and USAID DUMISHA AFYA are programs managed by Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital. The projects are funded by USAID.
2. MTRH invites sealed bids from manufacturers, authorized local or international dealers or reputable local suppliers for TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF LAB EQUIPMENT (FREEZER, REFRIGERATOR, CENTRIFUGE & AIR CONDITIONER) (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT) valid for a period of 2 years from contract signing date.
3. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
4. Further information as pertains to this tender may be obtained during working hours (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm using the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender document containing detailed information may be downloaded from the PPIP website: www.tenders.go.ke OR Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital website: www.mtrh.or.ke at no cost.
6. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@usaidampathuzima.or.ke to facilitate effective communication/ clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of KES 60,000 from registered financial institutions by Central Bank of Kenya or Insurance companies approved by PPRA and registered by IRA valid for a period of 170 days from the date of tender opening. Failure to attach the Tender Security will lead to automatic rejection of the tender.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 15th July 2022 AT 10:30 A.M. Hand copies of the tender document shall be deposited in the Tender Box “A”, located at Ground Floor, Chandaria Cancer Centre. Bulky tenders shall be received at Supply Chain Department AMPATH Centre Rm B 17.
