TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, TRAINING AND COMMISIONING OF NURSING EQUIPMENT

- Kibabii University invites sealed tenders for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing,
Training and Commissioning of Nursing Equipment - Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. - Tendering is open to all interested and eligible bidders.
- Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
- Qualified and Interested tenderers may view/obtain/download tender documents at www.kibu.ac.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenders may also obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents

during normal working hours on Monday to Friday between 0800hrs to 1700hrs (East Africa Time). - A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non- refundable fees of Khs. 1000.00 Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.kibu.ac.ke or tenders.go.ke.
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. - Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kibu.ac.ke.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@kibu.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. - All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security amounting to Kenya Shillings one hundred
Thousand (Kes 100,000) in form of a Bank Guarantee drawn by a bank licensed and operating in
Kenya or a guarantee from an Insurance Company registered with the Insurance Regulatory Authority
(IRA) valid for at least 170 days. -
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday 10th March, 2026.AT
10.00AM EAT. Electronic Tenders will not bepermitted. - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. -
Late tenders will be rejected.
