Kenya Tea Development Agency (Holdings) Ltd invites tenders for Proposed ICT installation Works at Majani Plaza in Nairobi. The scope of works comprises Supply, installation and commissioning of Structured Cabling, VOIP, CCTV and Access Control Systems.
Interested eligible contractors may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office, on first floor KTDA Farmers Building Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of a non- refundable tender fee. The tender document may also be requested by emailing: procurements)ktdateas.com upon payment of the tender fee. However, bidders who participated in a similar tender in 2021 (Tender Reference; KTDA/145/2021) are exempted from paying the tender registration fee.

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 9.30 AM on 15th February 2022. The submitted technical bid documents will be opened on the same day.
Due to the COVID19 pandemic the tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the login credentials before the tender opening
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
