TENDER FOR SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF 2NO. CARGO AND PASSENGER LIFTS RESPECTIVELY OF NEXTGEN NALL, MOMBASA ROAD
Nextgen Mall is Nairobi’s premier neighborhood shopping mall providing niched and convenient shopping experiences for both local residents and international visitors. Strategically located on the ever busy Mombasa Road, Nextgen.
Nextgen Mall Management now invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for supply and installation of 2no. Lifts, or leasing of the same stated Lift conditions i.e. passenger and cargo lifts respectively at existing current lift locations and new proposed location as may be directed by the mall management.

Bidding document can be obtained through the above email at a fee of Kshs. 3,000 which is non-refundable. Bidders are requested to survey the mall on 2nd November, 2022 as from 10.00AM to ensure they have the overall understanding of the site requirements prior to submitting their bid.
All bids Droperly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes clearly, marked “TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF I No. CARGO AND I No. PASSENGER LIFTS RESPECTIVELY OF NEXTGEN MALL. ALONG MOMBASA ROAD. NAIROBI” must be addressed and delivered to the address below on or before 14th November, 2022 at 12 Noon. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below;
