- West Pokot County Assembly invites sealed tenders for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Training, and
Commissioning of Security Surveillance (CCTV) System at West Pokot County Assembly building. Tender
number WPCA/OT/03/2024-2025. -
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the
following websites (www.westpokotassembly.go.ke, www.supplier.treasury,go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke. - Completed tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates from the above websites
- Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 112
days from the closing date of the tender. - Complete tender documents are to be paginated/serialized scanned and submitted through the IFMIS
SUPPLIER PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke indicating the tender number and name so as to be received
on or before 05th march, 2025 at 11.00 a.m. - All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kshs.150, 000.00(one hundred and fifty thousand
Kenya shillings) in form of a guarantee from a bank licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) and valid for
days from the tender closing date. - Complete tender documents MUST be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL:
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke AND Drop ORIGINAL copy of the Tender security at the tender box located at
reception of West Pokot County Assembly new building as per the requirements contained in the document so
as to be received on or before 5th March 2025 at 11.00 a.m. - Late tenders will be rejected.
