TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF ECOPULPERS AND REHABILITATION OF COFFEE FACTORIES

MINISTRY OF COOPERATIVES AND MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT TENDER FEBRUARY 2026 

TENDER ADVERTISEMENT

The Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development invites sealed tenders from eligible
tenderers for the Tenders listed in the table below:

1. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Principal Secretary, State
   Department for Cooperative, NSSF Building, 24th Floor, Western Wing, Bishop Road, P.O. Box 30547- 00100,
   Nairobi.
2. A complete set of tendering documents may be downloaded from ushirika.go.ke or obtained upon payment of a
   non-refundable fees of Kshs.1000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
3. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
4. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
5. The provisions in the Instructions to Tenderers and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the
   Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered on or before the submission deadline date at 10.30 am and MUST be accompanied
   by a BID GUARANTEE as indicated in the respective tender documents.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
   time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives, at
   10.30am at the NSSF Building, Bishops Road at PS Boardroom 24th Floor, State Department for Co-operatives, Nairobi, Kenya.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
