Triumph Power Generating Company Limited (“TPGCL”) invites bids (each, a “Bid”) from interested companies (each, a “Bidder”) for supply of Heavy Fuel Oil (the “Fuel”) to be delivered to it’s power plant located at EPZA, In Kitengela, Mavoko Municipality, Machakos County, at LR No 18474/220, for a period of 2 years, thereafter renewable every year for another 2 years.

The tender document containing the detailed terms and conditions of the tender may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ksh 25,000 for bid documents to be paid by Banker’s cheque drawn in favour of “Triumph Power Generating Co. Ltd”, (Twenty Five Thousand Only). Tenders must be accompanied by a security in the format specified in the attached form tender security on a bank’s letterhead for an amount of Ksh 2,000,000. The original and four (4) copies of the tender must be delivered to: The General Manager, at our above address, on or before 9.30am on 1st September 2022, tenders will be opened at 11.30 AM on 1st September 2022, in the presence of the bidder’s representative who choose to attend the opening and will be conducted in Triumph Power’s offices at the JKIA. Estimated quantity to supply shall be approximately MT 21,500 per annum.
Any bids received by Triumph Power after the deadline for submission of bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder
