TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENTS- 91189668.
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit [GIZ] GmbH is implementing technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
GIZ is inviting bidders to express their interest in the supply of IT and Electronic Equipments.
Interested bidders MUST meet the following eligibility requirements.
- It must be a legal business entity incorporated in Kenya with at least 3 years operation with a certificate of Incorporation provided as proof.
- Must provide up to date Tax Compliance Certificate
- Must attach a copy of the latest CR12 for companies issued by the Registrar of Companies
- Must provide all relevant permits and licences by government authorities (e.g., County Governments, KEBS)
- Must have an annual turnover of at least KES 10,000,000 in the last 3 years starting from the latest financial year. Audited financial statements signed by the auditor and the directors to be provided i.e for 2022,2023 and 2024.
- Must provide at least 2 reference assignments i.e. proof of supplying IT equipments of a minimum value of KES 4,000,000.00 per assignment supported by the relevant documents (Purchase order, Invoice etc.).
- Bidder must guarantee that offered models are authorized by the manufacturer for the use in Kenya thus provide manufacturer’s authorization.
