- the company’s statutory documents (Certificate of registration or incorporation and KRA Pin)
- List of your current clients and their contact details
- Evidence of experience – Reference letters from your past or current clients and/or copies of LPOs/LSOs/Contracts
- Confirm acceptance of payment after delivery.

A two year framework agreement/long term agreement will be issued to the successful supplier.
