CHEPALUNGU CONSTITUENCY NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT FUND TENDER AUGUST 2021 

NG-CDF Chepalungu invites bids from interested and eligible candidates for the below tender:

Interested bidders who are eligible in the above tender can visit NG-CDF Chepaiungu office during normal working hours to obtain tender documents.

The following mandatory requirements supported by valid certified original and a copy of requisite documents at submission will be considered for evaluation:

1.             Provide certificate of incorporation
2.             Provide NCA 5 and above

      iii.            Provide PIN/VAT Registration certificate

1.             Provide tax compliance certificate
2.             Must provide bid bond of 2% tender sum which must remain valid for 120 days (after the expiry of the tender validity period) in form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank
3.             Dually filled form of tender

   vii.            Dully filled business questionnaire

  viii.            CR12 from registrar of companies

1.             Must show proof of the following:
2.             Key technical staff to be engaged

• Audited accounts
• Works of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken in the last three years Litigation history of the company (both court and arbitration cases)
• Evidence of sound financial standing or access to credit
• Bank account in the name of the company (six months bank statement)

Dully filled and sealed document clearly marked with the respective tender number, description and bearing the name be addressed to FUND ACCOUNT MANAGER, Chepaiungu NG-CDF, P.O. BOX 56-20405 SIGOR so as to be received and deposited at the tender box at NG-CDF Office entrance on or before 10/09/2021 at 12.00 am. Opening will be done immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend.
