INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR THE COSTRACTION OF ADMINISTRATION BLOCK (GROUND FLOOR) AT MATA SECONDARY SCHOOL
TENDER NO.: TT/MATA/01/2024-2025
The MATA SECONDARY SCHOOL invites sealed tenders for the construction of the above project
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document
Tendering is open to all tenderer’s with a valid business permit.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900to 1500 hours atthe address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders at the government
tender dedicated portal or upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque
and payable to the address given below.
4. Bidders after receiving the standard tender document must give their particulars immediately MATA
SECONDARY to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 210 days
from thedate of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender-Security of 160,000 as appropriate.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the format
of1,2,3,4……… ( Including the cover page and all the attachments).
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20TH January, 2025 at 10.00am Electronic
Tenders Not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of theTenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Latetenders will be rejected.
