INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
TENDER FOR THE PLACEMENT OF DIALYSIS MACHINES AND MRI MACHINE UNDER OPEN TENDERING
TENDER NO. CHS/MLKH/T/001/2024-2025
1. The Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital invites sealed tenders for the Placement Of Dialysis Machines For New Renal Unit and MRI machine
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tendering is open to all tenderers eligible as described in the Invitation to Tender.
MLKH employees, committee members, board members and their relative (spouse and children) are not eligible to
participate in the tender
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.mamalucykibakihospital.or.ke or www.tenders.ge.ke). Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to medsupnedh@yahoo.com to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya Shilling One hundred thousand (Ksh100,000).
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12th June, 2025 at 11:00am.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
