COMPOUND KIKUYU SUB COUNTY
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (NATIONAL/International) [Select one] using a

2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during

3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of (Amount in Kenya shillings 1,000/=) in cash or Banker’s Cheque at the NG-CDF Office
and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may also be obtained electronically from the
Website(s) https://tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website https://tenders.go.ke .
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
(kikuyucdf@gmail.com, 0721519908 P.O. Box 167-00902 Kikuyu ) to facilitate any further clarification
or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes i.e 16%VAT and 0.03% PPRA Levy.
Tendersshall remain valid for (150 DAYS ) days fromthe date of opening oftenders.
