TENDER FOR GARAGE SERVICES
Nation Media Group is desirous of engaging the services of duly incorporated garages to carry out service and maintenance of its mixed fleet vehicles, predominantly Isuzu models. The bids should be submitted in line with the requirements below;
- Provide copies of all statutory documents for the establishment (Certificate of incorporation, Business Licenses, Tax Compliance Certificate, PIN and CR12)
- Must be a mixed fleet service provider for vehicle service, repairs and maintenance
- Submit service menus / repair packages clearly detailing applicable charges
- Provide an elaborate list and estimated prices of common service and repair parts
- Provide labour rates – hourly service rates and unit repairs /overhaul rates
- Demonstrate experience in handling mixed fleet vehicles
- Provide three references (letters) for servicing and maintenance, clearly indicating the models of motor vehicles
- Garages with main offices in Nairobi and branches/affiliate garages in other regions preferred (clearly indicate branch/affiliate’s locations).
