INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF INSURANCE SERVICES

1.The County GOVERNMENT OF KWALE Department of Agriculture,
Livestock & Fisheries invites sealed tenders from eligible prequalified
bidders for the provision of insurance services
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method
using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and
interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more
items.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and
inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8am-5pm at the address
given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the
website www.kwalecountygov.com.
4. A complete set of tender document may be obtained free of charge
from the website electronically free of charge
www.kwalecountygov.com and or www.suppplier.treasury.go.ke
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.kwalecountygov.com).
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh. 75,500.00
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered electronically to the address
https://supplier.treasury.go.ke:8060/OA_HTML/AppsLogin on or before 9th
May 2025 at 10.30.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time
specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below. Opening will be conducted
electronically through IFMIS system
- Late tenders will be rejected.
- The Levy order, 2023 provides that there shall be paid levy by
supplier on all procurement contracts signed between the supplier
and a procuring entity, at the rate zero point zero three per
centum (0.03%) of the value of the signed contract, exclusive of
