TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR STAFF OF
THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF KILIFI
The County Assembly of Kilifi invites sealed tenders from underwriters for PROVISION OF MEDICAL
INSURANCE COVER FOR STAFF OF THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF KILIFI for a period of one-year.
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0800 to1630 hours at the address given below:-
County Assembly of Kilifi offices located behind the Malindi Municipal offices
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website kilifiassembly.go.ke, IFMIS
portal and www.tenders.go.ke.Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the County Assembly website or
at the Public Procurement Information Portal kilifiassembly.go.ke / or www.tenders.go.ke
respectively.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@kilifiassembly.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh.540,000/= in the form of Bank
Guarantee from a Commercial bank Regulated by CBK or from an insurance company.
Completed tenders must be uploaded into the IFMIS portal on or before Thursday 04th December,
2025.
Late tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below:-
