INVITATION TO TENDER
THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
TENDER NO. KVVPI/T/O8/2024/2025
The Kenya Veterinary Vaccines Production Institute invites sealed tenders from eligible
candidates the provision of Security and guarding Services a one-year contract effective.
The contract will be subject to annual Satisfactory Performance review.
A complete set of tender document may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the
Institute’s website: www.kevevapi.or.ke or www.ppra.go.ke .
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should
remain valid for 150 days after date of tender opening. Tenders shall remain valid for 120
days from the date of opening.
The tenderer shall furnish, as part of its tender, a tender security of Kshs. 50,000. The
tender security shall be in the form of a Guarantee issued by a Bank or Insurance
Company accepted by PPRA
Bidders shall ensure serialization of all the pages for each bid submitted. Completed tender
documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked
‘TENDER NO. KVVPI/T/O8/2024/2025 FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY AND
GUARDING SERVICES and be deposited in the tender box provided at The Kenya
Veterinary Vaccines Production Institute’s Offices, Enterprise road off Road A, and
addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Tuesday, 18th March, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Tenders will
be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who
choose to attend the opening at KEVEVAPI Board Room, Head office.
KEVEVAPI reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering
process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
