INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
TENDER No: LVSWWDA/T/15/2024-2025
Lake Victoria South Water Works Development Agency invites sealed tenders for the provision of
Security Services
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours from 9.00am to 5.00pm at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non-refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000 Banker’s cheque and payable to Kenya
Commercial Bank, Kisumu Account Number 1104034395. Tender documents may be obtained
electronically from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.ke and
LVSWWDA website https://www.lvswwda.go.ke/tender/. Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers who download the document must forward their
particulars immediately to procurement@lvswwda.go.ke with a copy to mmayi@lvswwda.go.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addenda.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from PPIP website www.tenders.go.ke
and the LVSWWDA website https://www.lvswwda.go.ke/tender/. Tenderers who download the
tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@lvswwda.go.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh.100,000 (Kenya Shillings: One
Hundred Thousand)
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the tender box on or before 3rd April 2025, 10.00am
(Kenya Time) Electronic Tenders will not be permitted. Completed tenders to be submitted in 1
original and 1 copy.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
