PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
Machakos Technical Institute for the Blind invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Security Services at the Institute Premise for a period of One Year.
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8:00 to 5:00 PM at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website free of charge at www.mtib.ac.ke.
A complete set of Tender Document may be purchased or obtained by interested applicants from the Procurement Office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Ksh.1000/= (One Thousand Kenyan Shillings Only) Payment should be deposited to the Institutes Bank Account Standard Chartered Bank ACCOUNT NUMBER: 0102867548600 OR via MPESA PAYBILL NO: 329329. Please Note that this is applicable to those picking the document from the Institute.
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge from the Public Procurement Information portal (PPIP): www.tenders.go.ke .
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (mtibprocurement@gmail.com ) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Securing declaration” in the format provided in the tender document.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 14th May 2025 at 10:00 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend..
Late tenders will be rejected
