INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED MOTORCYCLE PARASOLS

- County Government of Machakos invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY AND
DELIVERY OF BRANDED MOTORCYCLE PARASOLS - Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a
standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. - Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) The county website
www.machakos.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke free
of charge. - Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain
valid for (120) days fromthe date of opening oftenders. - Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours
Monday to Friday between 0900hrs and 1600hrs in writing via email
supplychain@machakos.go.ke or call the Director (Small and medium
enterprise development +2540721330706 to facilitate any clarification. - Interested and eligible bidders having challenges filling their tender documents may obtain
assistance from the Supply Chain Management Office in the Department of Small and Medium
Enterprise Development. - The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be SUBMITTED MANUALLY on or before 03RD JUNE,
2025 at 11.00 AM. Late tenders will be rejected. Late tenders will be rejected.
Note: ONLY MANUAL SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
