SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMUNICATION STREAMING EQUIPMENT.
Office of the Director Public Prosecutions (ODPP) invites sealed tenders for Supply and
Delivery of communication streaming Equipment
1. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Competitive method using a
standardized tender document. Tender is reserved for AGPO YOUTH category to.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect
the tender document at the ODPP second Floor procurement office during normal
working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. -1:00 p.m. and 2.00p.m. – 4.30p.m.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates by
downloading free of charge from ODPP Website at www.odpp.go.ke who
download the tender documents through the website are advised to register with the
Supply Chain Office or email their contacts through
procurement@odpp.go.ke/odppprocurement@gmail.com immediately in order to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Duly Filled, Signed and Stamped Tender
Securing Declaration Form.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 28TH
JANAUARY 2026 11:00 am East African Time.

7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the

8. Late bid submission will be rejected.
