TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL – LVSWWDA

LAKE VICTORIA SOUTH WATER WORKS DEVELOPMENT AGENCY TENDER MAY 2025 

The Lake Victoria South Water Works Development Agency invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the following Services;

1. Interested eligible service providers may obtain tender documents from the Procurement Office situated at Lavictor’s House, Kisumu (as detailed here below) upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000 per tender document OR view and download the tender document from LVSWWDA website (www.lvswwda.go.ke )or the Government Tender Portal website wwwtenders.go.ke free of charge. Upon downloading, bidders MUST immediately send/email their names and contact details (including physical address) to the following email addresses for recording and issuance of any clarification or addenda: procurement@lvswwda.go.ke
2. Addenda/ clarifications will also be posted in the LVSWWDA website immediately they become available
3. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the “Tender Number and Tender Description” as more particularly described in the tender document should be addressed and posted to:

4. OR be deposited in the tender box situated on the first floor (Lavictor’s House) so as to be received on or before 12^th  June, 2025 at 10.00am
5. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at Boardroom Wing B, Lavictor’s House, Kisumu.

Late tenders will not be accepted
