| NOTICE OF TENDER ADVERTISMENT |
The County Assembly of Kitui invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for advertised tenders for the financial year 2025/2026, 2026/2027 & 2027/2028.
Interested and eligible bidders may examine and obtain more detailed information from the tender documents which are available for download free of charge from the Assembly website- www.kituiassembly.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal- https://tenders.go.ke/ for IFMIS platform https://supplier.treasury.go.ke/
Submission of all tenders must be done electronically through the IFMIS supplier portal on or before the tender closing date and time that is 09th February 2026 at 12.00PM.
The system will automatically LOCK OUT at the time and date of the tender closing as indicated in the IFMIS PORTAL. Tenders will be opened electronically thereafter in the presence of all bidders or their designated representatives who choose to attend at the tent inside the County Assembly of Kitui Office Compound.
