INVITES TENDERS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTER LAPTOPS
1. The National Cohesion And Integration Commission(NCIC) invites sealed tenders for the supply of laptops
2. Tendering will be conducted under Restricted tendering method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 to 9:00pm from procurement office on 17th floor
Britam towers ,Hospital Road Upper Hill.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tenders.go.ke
or www.cohesion.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to tenders@cohesion.go.ke, to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. The tender is valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before WEDNESDAY 25th JUNE
2025 at 12:00 NOON.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
