INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR WAMALWA KIJANA TEACHING AND REFERRAL HOSPITAL
ITT No: CGTN/HLTH/Q170/2024/2025
The County Government of Trans Nzoia invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e. Supply,
installation, testing and commissioning of equipment at the Wamalwa Kijana
Teaching and Referral Hospital
1. in Kitale Town
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours] at the
address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents shall be downloaded FREE OF CHARGE from the web
addresses as indicated in 3 above.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.transnzoia.go.ke and also at the PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download
the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@transnzoia.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs.150,000/= in the prescribed manner.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through the IFMIS system on or before,
23RD May, 2025.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
