INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NGAAF BRANDED MARKET UMBRELLAS
TENDER (ITT) NO: VHG/NGAAF/BMU/01/2025-2026
1. The NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FUND VIHIGA invites sealed tenders for
the supply of goods i.e. SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NGAAF BRANDED MARKET UMBRELLAS
to be delivered at NGAAF Vihiga at Mbale office
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National open tender using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. “Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with registrar of companies”).
4. “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one lot”.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of (Amount in Kenya shillings) in cash or Banker’s Cheque
and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from
the Website((insert website)). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (insert website).
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to:

8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Jan 29th 2026 10:00
10. Electronic Tenders will or will not be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
