INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NAME: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FURNITURE FOR G.I.S LAB.
TENDER NO. NCC/LANDS/T/664/2024-2025
1. The Nairobi City County Government invites sealed tenders for the Supply and Delivery of office furniture
for GI.S lab.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method National using a standardized tender
document and is open to citizen.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
4. “Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with women”).
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from Government Public Procurement
Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing declaration.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Tenders shall submit tenders electronically via ifmis. www.supplier.treasury.go.ke on or before 13th June,
2025 at 11.00am
9. Electronic Tenders will be permitted though ifmis. www.supplier.treasury.go.ke.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
