INVITATION TO TENDER
3. The (GOVERNMENT OF MACHAKOS COUNTY) invites sealed tenders for the supply of Plastic Chairs& water Tanks
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National Tender) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderer
5. “Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately
6. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours [0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below

7. Tender documents may be obtained, viewed and downloaded electronically from the website
www.machakosgovernement.co.ke or the PPIP information portal www.tenders.go.ke or
Ifmis.treasury.go.ke). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [ “tender Security”) of Ksh 96,000.00
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [18th December 2025].
Electronic Tenders [will be permitted. Time:11.00am
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened on-line through ifmis system.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
