SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ROAD SHOW TRUCK
2. The Nairobi City County invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e. Supply and Delivery of ROAD
SHOW TRACK
3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. The Tender is open to all interested eligible tenderers.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours i.e. 8.00am to 5.00pm] at the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.tenders.go.ke
free of charge
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.tenders.go.ke).
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
Email:nairobiprocurement@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 200,000
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 15
th MAY, 2025
11. Electronic Tenders will NOT be permitted.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
14. The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without giving reason.
15. Original and a Copy of the bid to be placed at the tender box located at the City Hall Room 400, Supply Chain
Management Office so as to be received on or before 15th May, 2025 at 11.00 a.m.
