Introduction
1. ADC invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TRACTORS. Eligible
Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Office, at Development House, 9
th Floor, Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 47101 – 00100 Nairobi, Kenya during office hours (0900 to 1500hours)
2. Obtaining Tender Documents
1. Tender documents detailing the tender requirements shall be obtained from the ADC- Procurement Office at

th Floor, Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 47101 – 00100 Nairobi, Kenya during office hours
(0900 to 1500hours)
2. Submission of Tender Documents
Completed Tenders are to be submitted in hard copies on or before Wednesday 2
nd October 2024 at 10.00am (East African Time). Electronic submission of tenders will not be accepted.
3. Prices
Offered Price in the price schedule should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies and delivery costs to
thepremises (where applicable) of ADC or other specified site and it must be in Kenya Shillings or a freely
convertible currency in Kenya and shall remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty-Six (126) days from the
closing date of the tender.
4. Pre-Bid Meeting
There will be No pre-bid meeting for this Tender.
