3. The (COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KWALE) invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery [SUPPLY AND DELIVERY TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL RECORDS]

Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [OPEN NATIONAL TENDERING] using a standardized tender document.

Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers (AS SPECIFIED ON PART 4. OF ITT).

1. “Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with PWD ENTERPRISES.

2. (NA) “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots”.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of (NIL Kenya shillings) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.

Tender documents may be obtainedel ectronically from the Website((www.kwalecountygov.com)).

Tender documents obtainedelectronically will be free of charge.

1. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free fromthe website(www.kwalecountygov.com OR www.supplier.treasury.go.ke ).

Tenderers who downloadthetender document must forward their particulars immediately to (jumwanza@gmail.com)to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

1. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [ “Tender-Securing Declaration witnessed by Commissioner for Oath]
   The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

Please note that all pages of the tender documents and attachments submitted by bidders shall besequentially serialized.

That is, serialization shall be undertaken by the bidder, by doingfreshnumbering on its documents.

The pagination of the tender documents as downloaded should not be used as a means of Serialization.

The bidder’s serialization should follow the same logical sequencefrom the first page to the end.
