TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF CALLING CARDS (SAFARICOM/AIRTEL)

NATIONAL POLICE SERVICE COMMISSION TENDER JANUARY 2026 

1. The National Police Service Commission invites tenders for supply the Supply & Delivery of calling cards.
2. Tendering will be conducted under request for quotation method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to invited bidders.
3. Tender is reserved for women
4. Invited tenderers may view and download the tender documents for free from website www.egpkenya.go.ke  .
5. Tendering who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@npsc.go.ke ,0709099000, P.O. BOX 47363 – 00100 Nairobi, to facilitate any clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration.
7. Completed tenders must be submitted on or before 21st January 2026, at 10.00Am
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
