INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLE LUBRICANTS & FUEL

2. The Murang’a South Water & Sanitation Co. Ltd invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY & DELIVERY
OF MOTOR VEHICLE LUBRICANTS & FUEL for Financial years (F/Y 2025/26- 2026/27) ending 30th June,2027.
3. Tendering will be conducted under competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering
is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenders will be awarded on basis of a Framework Agreement.

4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours from 8: 00 am – 4: 00 pm from Monday to Friday at the address given below:

5. A complete set of tender documents may obtained by interested tenderers electronically from the
Website www.muswasco.co.ke or www.tenders.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be
free of charge.
6. Tenderers who download the tender document(s) must forward their particulars immediately to
murangasouth@gmail.com orinfo@muswasco.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, 27 th January,2026 at
10.00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, all applicable levies and delivery costs, must be in Kenya
Shillings and shall remain constant during the period of contract execution after signing of the contract with
the winning bidder.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below
- Late tenders will be rejected.
- Completed tender documents should be serialized and be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked
with tender reference number and be deposited in the TenderBox located at the addressed below: -
